Privacy policy

This site collects only what you choose to send in a form: your name, contact details, preferred appointment time and notes. It goes to Sean Phillips (REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker Executives Realty) so he can respond to your request. Sean shares it with a mortgage professional only if you ask him to, and only with the one you choose. It is not sold or rented.

Forms are delivered by our form provider (Formspree) and stored in email. Calculators run entirely in your browser; nothing you type into a calculator is sent anywhere. This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag for advertising measurement and remarketing; see Advertising and remarketing below.

This site never checks your credit. A credit check only happens if you give written consent on a full application with a lender or broker. To see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected].

Advertising and remarketing

This site uses the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and the Google tag for Google Ads so we can measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited. They set cookies and send Meta and Google basic information such as the pages you view, your browser and your IP address. It does not send the contents of forms you fill in. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. These load only after the page has finished loading and you start interacting with it, and not at all if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
